A.J. Allegra, James I. Bartelle and Alex Wallace have been close friends and collaborators for over twenty years. After meeting one another as college freshmen at NYU, they studied together at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting where they, along with friend Andrew Larimer, founded the theatre company The NOLA Project in 2005. Following that, they all moved to New Orleans to grow The NOLA Project into a New Orleans arts institution. As a writer, Alex Wallace also collaborated with James Bartelle on The Spider Queen. Additionally, Alex can be heard singing in venues on Bourbon Street and around the city. Writing this together was a tad too much fun.
